All SC Jewelry pieces are custom-made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds for exchanges.

In the unlikely event of a defect in the delivered item upon receipt by the customer, please contact us at team@silverc.ae or through WhatsApp or our social media pages with your order number. If your request is accepted, we may arrange for a courier to pick up the item and have it shipped back to us as soon as possible.
