About Our Silver

What is 925 sterling silver? 925 sterling silver means the piece is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper, for added strength and durability. It is the international standard for genuine sterling silver and the only grade we use at Silver Corner. Every single piece ready-made or custom is solid 925. No plating. No shortcuts.

Is your silver real or plated? All Silver Corner pieces are solid 925 sterling silver throughout not plated. Silver-plated jewelry has a thin silver coating over a cheap base metal that peels and fades within weeks. Our pieces are real silver all the way through, which is why we can confidently offer a lifetime warranty.

Will it tarnish? Tarnishing is a natural process that happens when silver reacts with moisture, oxygen and chemicals. It does not mean your piece is low quality it actually confirms it is real silver. With proper care, tarnishing is completely preventable. Will it turn my skin green? No. Genuine 925 sterling silver does not turn skin green. This is a sign of low-quality base metals or heavy plating not real silver. If you have ever experienced green skin from jewelry before, it was not 925 silver.

Is your silver safe for sensitive skin? Yes. 925 sterling silver is hypoallergenic for most people and one of the safest metals for everyday wear. If you have a specific metal allergy, we recommend consulting with a doctor before purchasing.

Custom Orders

How does the custom order process work? It's simple. Send us your idea via WhatsApp with your design inspiration, name or initials, size and any special instructions. Our team will create a design draft for your approval. Once you confirm and payment is received, we craft your piece and deliver it within 5 working days.

Can I customise any piece? Most of our pieces can be personalised with names, initials, numbers, or custom engravings. For fully bespoke designs from scratch, reach out to us via WhatsApp and we will discuss your vision in detail.

What languages can you engrave? We engrave in both English and Arabic. If you have a specific script or font preference, mention it when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

How long does a custom order take? Custom pieces are ready within 5 working days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons such as National Day, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, delivery may take slightly longer. We will always keep you updated.

Can I see a design preview before production? Yes. We share a design draft with you for approval before we begin crafting. Production only starts once you confirm the design.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you deliver across the UAE? Yes. We offer free delivery on all orders across all Emirates  Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 5 to 7 working days across the UAE. Custom orders take 5 working days to craft, after which delivery time applies.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we focus on UAE delivery. If you are based outside the UAE and interested in a piece, contact us at team@silverc.ae and we will do our best to assist you.

How will I know my order has been shipped? You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way. You can also reach us at any time via WhatsApp or email for an update on your order status.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order? All Silver Corner pieces are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your piece arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately at team@silverc.ae or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if my piece arrives damaged? In the unlikely event of a defect upon delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange collection and replacement at no additional cost to you.

Warranty

What does the lifetime warranty cover? Our lifetime warranty covers color fading, tarnishing and rust under normal wear conditions. If any of these occur, we will make it right no questions asked.

What is not covered by the warranty? The warranty does not cover physical damage from accidents, improper care, or modifications made outside of Silver Corner. Shipping fees for warranty claims are also not covered.

How do I claim the warranty? Simply contact us at team@silverc.ae or via WhatsApp with your order confirmation email and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our website.

Are prices fixed? Silver prices fluctuate with global markets. Your price is locked in at the time of your order you will always pay exactly what you see at checkout.
