1 - Send Us Your Idea
Share your customization details with us via WhatsApp. Please include design inspiration, name/initials (if any), size, and special instructions.

2 - Design Draft Approval
Our team will create a design draft and share it with you for confirmation before production begins.

3 - Payment Confirmation
Once the design is approved, we will proceed after receiving payment confirmation.

4 - Crafting & Delivery (5 Days)
Your customized silver piece will be carefully crafted and ready for delivery within 5 working days.

Please note : 

- Customized items are non-refundable.

- Delivery timeline may vary during peak seasons.

- All pieces are handcrafted, so slight variation in size may occur.
